Rusty Thomas | Founder, Director
Rusty Thomas is a veteran abolitionist leader and former national director of Operation Rescue / Operation Save America. He has given his life and ministry to calling the church to move out of the comfort of the four walls in order to bring the gospel of the Kingdom to the gates of Culture. Rusty Launched KLI because he saw a deficit of leaders who were grounded in the Scripture, a Biblical worldview, who would courageously replace the culture of death savaging America with a culture of a godly life.

Kimberlee Tringali | Administrative
My name is Kimberlee Tringali. I have worked in education and in health care for 14 years. I am a follower of Christ and a lover of justice and mercy. I have been a lecturer, clinic instructor, in-service trainer, developer of curriculum, protector of life, and supporter of health. I have worked as a family and healthcare liaison and in case management. I have also worked in continuing education, staff management, admissions, and in small business. I have facilitated professional relationships at health clinics, hospitals, doctors' offices, schools, and in the community. I have experience in streamlining processes, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box. I am a hard-committed worker with reliability and a proactive demeanor. I am a great communicator and facilitator. My motivation and adaptation are a perfect match for the “many hats” that my job as an Administrator entails.
